Using DeckArtisan

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding credentials.

Credits & billing

Credits are prepaid and non-transferable. All prices are in USD. Purchases are processed by Stripe. If a charge fails, access to AI features may be paused until payment succeeds.

Content and ownership

You own your uploaded content and generated outputs. You grant DeckArtisan a license to process and store content to provide the service. Do not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful material.

AI usage

Outputs may be imperfect or require human review. You are responsible for verifying accuracy and ensuring you have rights to use outputs in your context.

Acceptable use

• No attempts to exploit, reverse engineer, or attack the service.
• No spam, harassment, or unlawful activity.
• No use that violates third-party rights or applicable laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time; refunds are at our discretion unless required by law.

Liability

DeckArtisan is provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
