Lead with a crisp promise

Your title slide should anchor a one-line promise: who you help and the outcome you create. Pair a concise subtitle with a visual that signals the category you play in.

Sequence for momentum

A winning flow: Problem → Solution → Market → Traction → Business Model → Product Demo → Go-To-Market → Team → Roadmap → Ask.

Every slide should hand the mic to the next; end each slide with a punchy takeaway in the footer.

Show, don’t tell

Use product visuals early. Even a simple mockup builds trust faster than text alone.

One chart per slide. If you need more than three bullets, you need another slide.

Quantify credibility

Include hard numbers: revenue, active users, retention, CAC/LTV, speed of growth. Investors look for slope, not just snapshots.

Close with a clear ask

Spell out the round size, how you’ll allocate it, and the milestones it unlocks. Make it easy to say yes.
