Typography that scales

Stick to two fonts: one for headings, one for body. Keep headings 40–60px, body 22–28px for a 1920x1080 canvas.

Set line height between 1.2 and 1.5 and avoid center alignment on dense text.

Color with intent

Use a primary, a neutral, and a highlight. Reserve gradients for hero slides. Keep backgrounds at 4.5:1 contrast for accessibility.

Grid and spacing

Use a 12-column grid with 80–120px margins on desktop canvases. Maintain consistent spacing increments (8/12/16/24).

Image hygiene

Favor PNG or WebP, export at 2x, and avoid heavy shadows. Crop to consistent aspect ratios so galleries feel intentional.

Slides per section

Limit most sections to one slide; split only when a chart or story genuinely needs space. Brevity signals clarity.
